“The Waiter” Gives Simple Tips on Tipping on the Today Show

Steve Dublanica, author of the popular blog Waiter Rant (and known as “The Waiter”), appeared on the Today Show on December 14, 2010 to discuss appropriate tipping during the holiday season.  Dublanica served up some useful guidelines, and also pointed out that it’s not all about the money -- as a waiter, there was nothing better than someone being nice to him.  Dublanica’s new book Keep the Change was featured previously on the Restaurant Worker News Blog.
