A lawsuit alleging that Hard Rock Café locations in New York failed to appropriately pay certain gratuities to hourly private event food and beverage service workers has been settled for $230,000, according to the settlement agreement, which was filed on October 13 in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.  Court papers filed by the attorneys in the case note that the settlement fund may be split among 469 servers who worked at Hard Rock Café’s 57th Street and Time Square locations.
