Vince Eddie’s Restaurant Sued for Tip, Minimum Wage and Overtime Violations

Vince & Eddie’s Restaurant, a popular Upper West Side restaurant, is accused of stiffing its employees out of its last few weeks of pay before the restaurant closed in March 2011.  In a lawsuit filed on April 20, 2011, the workers also accuse the restaurant of tip, minimum wage, and overtime violations.  The Complaint, which filed by Louis Pechman (founder of waiterpay.com), was reported on DNAinfo.
