A group of McDonald’s restaurants in Syracuse, Liverpool and other locations in upstate New York have been accused of “time shaving” the pay of employees, according to a class action complaint filed in United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.  Attorneys for the workers claim that the restaurants routinely deleted and edited the hours actually worked by the restaurant workers.
