Keep the Change is the new book by Steve Dublanica, also known as “The Waiter,” who authors the popular blog Waiter Rant.  Dublanica provides an enlightening and comprehensive review of tipping in America.

In the United States, an estimated 66 billion dollars in tips are doled out each year to waiters, shoeshine men, strippers, parking lot attendants, and other service workers.  Dublanica provides insight as to why tipping has spread and gives a fresh perspective on tipping from both the customer giving the gratuity and the worker receiving the gratuity.
