L&B Spumoni Gardens among Brooklyn restaurants facing lawsuits

L&B Spumoni Gardens, a historic Pizzeria in Brooklyn, is among one of many restaurant currently facing lawsuits. Lou Pechman of Pechman Law Group, founder of Waiterpay, has about a dozen cases pending against Brooklyn restaurants. The list includes Sheepshead Bay’s Yiasou and Maria Ristorante as well as Williamsburg’s 1 or 8 sushi restaurant.
