Trattoria L’Incontro, an Astoria restaurant named by Zagat as the “best” restaurant in Queens for 2012, has been sued by its waiters and busboys for allegedly skimming tips, failure to pay hourly wages and overtime, and for paying “shift pay” that did not meet the legal requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act and New York Labor Law.
